YOUR TEACHER: Bridget Gibbs

Bridget has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In 2017 she took her 200HR yoga certification with Lucas Rockwood, Julie at Yoga Body in Barcelona, Spain. In addition to receiving her 200HR certification, she also been a motivational speaker and a personal trainer. Wanting to place what she learned into practice, Bridget is dedicated to providing hands-on training, food knowledge, meditation, motivation, and Inner Strength. Additionally, in April 2017, Bridget completed her Yoga Trapeze certification with YogaBody in Barcelona.

Through her own practice as well as her time teaching, Bridget has been fortunate to discover and witness the profound ways that yoga affects people’s lives. Whether looking to increase strength and flexibility, or recovering from surgery or injury, Bridget is adept at providing modifications that allow each student to explore their yoga practices within the comfort (and the edge) of their abilities and practice.

While Bridget is comfortable working with people of all ages and abilities of a yoga practice, she is quite keen on dispelling the myths of yoga for folks who have never experienced a yoga practice / class before. Using props, modifications and focused on alignment for the safety of asana, Bridget will guide you through a practice designed to build strength and flexibility, open your joints and bring awareness to being in and listening to your body.


We’ve created a convenient, comfortable, and clean practice room with classes that help you get in the best shape of your life. If you’ve tried other studios and felt uncomfortable or out of place, don’t worry! At YOGABODY, there is no chanting, no incense, and no gurus. Our students are working professionals, students, busy moms, and everyone in between. YOGABODY Fitness provides a health and wellness-based approach and we are proud to have members of all ages and abilities.
